    Jordan and the other woman who works there changed my battery super fast and were extremely kind and patient! I highly recommend going here for any of your needs as they are all extremely wonderful, knowledgeable and affordable. 5 stars!

    Ordered this $85 serviceable moog tie rod online, for quality, (for a $2500 car mind you) instead of the $35 non serviceable store brand one, had someone pick it up for me, just to have my time wasted. Box covered in shipping tape on both ends looking like a damaged return. Great idea, skip inspecting the return, just put it back into stock to sell to the next consumer to waste their time. Carquest sells the same parts but they would never!

    I just had a not-so-great experience. My car started flashing engine oil low on 1%. I just had my oiled changed a couple months prior, so I figured my mechanic just forgot to reset it. I called my normal mechanic, he said to stop in advance or any auto parts store just in case something is wrong and get them to check it. I walked in explained what was going on to the younger guy cashier and he immediately gave me the rudest expression and said it probably needs to be reset; I said okay and asked if he would mind checking the oil and he said, " we don't do that here." I left and went straight across the street to O'Reilly auto parts, and they were amazing! Without hesitation checked my oil even though they figured it just needed to be reset but did not make me feel stupid at all like the other gentlemen did at Advance! Will not be going back!

    I just had the best experience at Advance Auto Parts with Noni ! She went above and beyond the call of excellent customer service today, putting in my new battery. She was extremely thorough and even noticed I needed a piece that would improve my battery staying secured, because of some looseness around the terminal. I can't say enough about my great experience. I recently suffered a great loss, so this made me feel secure, knowing everything was taken care of to make me feel safe on the road. Thank you to Advance Auto Parts and thank you Noni for your great customer service, expertise, and attention to detail !
