Box covered in shipping tape on both ends looking like a damaged return. Great idea, skip inspecting the return, just put it back into stock to sell to the next consumer to waste their time. Carquest sells the same parts but they would never!

I just had my oiled changed a couple months prior, so I figured my mechanic just forgot to reset it. I called my normal mechanic, he said to stop in advance or any auto parts store just in case something is wrong and get them to check it. I walked in explained what was going on to the younger guy cashier and he immediately gave me the rudest expression and said it probably needs to be reset; I said okay and asked if he would mind checking the oil and he said, " we don't do that here." I left and went straight across the street to O'Reilly auto parts, and they were amazing! Without hesitation checked my oil even though they figured it just needed to be reset but did not make me feel stupid at all like the other gentlemen did at Advance! Will not be going back!
