  I’ve had several not-so-great experiences here, but have continued to give the benefit of the doubt, however today was the worst oil change experience of my life. I have only continued to choose this location due to its proximity to my employer, as I like to run errands on my lunch break. Got here today, only one customer in front of me. Thought I was gonna be in and out quick for a simple oil change. WRONG. I guess I was used as a training experience for a new hire, while the other cars that arrived after me got more-experienced employees and left before me. The trainee was constantly left unsupervised under the hood of my car, and it literally gave me anxiety. She was unable to re-assemble things on her own and splashed oil all underneath the hood of my car. I had already been sitting here for FORTY MINUTES at this point. The manager assured me that he cleaned up all the backsplash, and I had to take his word for it because I needed to get back to work. Didn’t even provide me with a receipt. After I arrived back at work, I popped my hood only to see a NIGHTMARE. Oil all over the windshield wipers, the battery, the fuse box, the hood liner, the engine cover. It was EVERYWHERE. I wiped it down as best as I could and ended up late back to work trying to correct YOUR mistake. Awful customer service was provided to me today. Do better.

  Outstanding customer service and integrity- they were professional, helpful and worked hard to make things right. Definitely recommend for auto maintenance and oil change a!

  Had a great experience at Valvoline! Manager TJ took excellent care of us from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and made sure the whole process went smoothly. The service was quick and efficient, and TJ took the time to explain everything without making us feel rushed or pressured. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customers. Highly recommend asking for TJ.

  I had a great experience at the Kennesaw location. I didn’t have to wait at all, and Santiago was very helpful without making me feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t need. The manager, TJ, was also very friendly and helpful, which really stood out. The service was quick and efficient, I was in and out with no hassle. I actually rushed to leave a Google review because I was so impressed with the staff. I’ve been going to Valvoline for over 15 years, and this is my first time ever leaving a review, that’s how great the experience was. Highly recommend!

  The staff was awesome. They explained everything very well. They took the time to be very thorough and they were not pushy in any way. The building was clean, the staff members were neat in appearance and everyone was in uniform. Everyone was polite. It was clear that they were well trained and that builds trust with your customer. There was a new guy working. He was very nice and he was up front about what he didn’t know. It was very refreshing from a group of young guys having a good time at work. It was a great experience. This is a well managed location.
