The customer service was excellent. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and showed concern for my needs. Thank you Gabriel, Reggie, and the young lady, that checked me in when I picked up the car. I'll definitely be back.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
I’ve been to this location multiple times with no issues, but this experience completely changed that. Gabriel should not be in a customer-facing role. He was rude, dismissive, and passive-aggressive from the start.
I had to ask multiple times if he could even hear me because he was so dry and unresponsive. He made commitments he didn’t follow through on and took zero accountability.
When I asked to speak with a manager, he said, “I am him, it’s me,” then later contradicted himself and said the manager wasn’t there. When I continued asking who his manager was and how I could reach them, he refused to provide the information and said they “couldn’t give that out.” After I asked several times to speak with a manager, he hung up on me.
When I called back, the first time no one answered. The second time he picked up again and continued to give me a hard time for simply asking how to contact his manager. He even said he wasn’t going “back and forth” — when I was asking a basic question.
I’ve never felt so dismissed as a customer. This was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I would not recommend this location to anyone as long as he is there.

I had a reservation through my State Farm Insurance to pick up a rental car at 2205 Barrett Lakes Blvd. The reservation is through State Farm Insurance. Upon arrival, Gabrielle Bryant, Assistant Manager, started assisting me. Even though State Farm Insurance is paying for my rental car due to an car accident, Gabrielle Bryant was very rude, condescending and disrespectful during our conversation.
Before I arrived, I contacted this office and spoke to Gabrielle Bryant on the phone. I asked Gabrielle what information I needed to rent the car. Gabrielle only stated I would need my driver's license, insurance policy and photo ID. Upon arrival, he stated I needed two months copy of my utility bill for my apartment. He did not tell me I needed a copy of my utility bill to rent. Also, Gabrielle Bryant interrupted me serval times in conversation for listening to what I have to say to him. I requested to speak to Antionette Woodruff, Manager, and Gabrielle would not go to get her from her office or even let her know a customer was waiting to speak to her. Gabrielle introduced himself to me as the Manager, but he is the Assistant Manager of the location. I did not pick up the rental car. Gabrielle was so rude to me. I decided not to rent at this location. The driver was nice enough to bring me back home due to Gabrielle Bryant making the process difficult for me to rent the car.
I've rented from this Enterprise Rental Office several times in the past few years, and I've never had to show my utility bill. I'm so upset and I did not deserve the disrespect Gabrielle Bryant showed me today.

Had choice of very nice 2026 cars under 4000 miles. Chose Genesis. Was given instructions on all the electronics, etc. in the car. Renting was very easy and return was also very easy. Was given a ride back to my hotel (.4 miles).

My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was truly exceptional from start to finish. After spending two stressful days trying to secure a vehicle, Gabriel and Reggie completely turned things around for me.
Gabriel was incredibly welcoming and communicative from the moment I arrived. Even when a small issue came up with the car, he handled it quickly and professionally by consulting with his team and resolving it without any added stress on my end. What really stood out was his kindness—he even offered me a ride back home after I dropped off the car, which showed how much he genuinely cared about my experience. His positive attitude and attentiveness made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free.
Reggie also played a key role in making everything seamless. He ensured the vehicle was fully prepared and running properly, and he handled the checkout process efficiently. His attention to detail gave me confidence that everything was in great condition for my trip.
Overall, I would rate my experience a 10/10. After a frustrating start trying to find a car, Gabriel and Reggie made everything come together perfectly and helped make my trip back to Florida a memorable one. I’m truly grateful for their outstanding service—thank you both so much!
