Eric quickly found the issue and gave me a great deal on the part and labor. During the process of replacing the part, there was some additional damage and Eric handled the situation with ease, honesty, and a great attitude. He was knowledgable and forthcoming. When I left, I felt comfortable knowing he was the guy I was entrusting to work on my car. He answered the million questions I had and provided additional information to help me understand the process. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, recommend giving tire discounters a shot before calling anyone else. They replaced all 4 tires, do an oil change and alignment, and some other services on our Honda CRV. I thought the brake pads needed replacing because another shop said they did and the guys looked at it and told me the truth that they were fine! This location has my business now as long as I live around this area. Thank you Simon and all the guys there you guys are awesome!!

Unfortunately, I had a punctured tired and needed to get it patched, so I went back and was not disappointed. I received excellent customer service from Simon Johnson. I did not have to pay anything and they honored my warranty. I definitely recommend this store and will be returning.
