- MMMarcus McNealNov 1, 20253.0This is the 1st time I went to Kennesaw location. Only 2 vehicles when I arrived, it was 15-20min before they even started draining the oil. Employee didn't even pay attention to my sticker (from another Stickland Brother) with which oil I used. He told me that I needed full synthetic oil when I use synthetic blend. When they finally finished another employee was losing my hood and just dropped my hood down (I drive a wrangler so my hood doesn't shut like normal hoods). Luckily, the on shift "lead" told them to stop and showed them how a wrangler hood shuts. At least someone there knew. I understand "10min oil change" is a gimmick, but 45min with 4 employees seems a bit long. I'll be going back to the Holly Springs location from here on out.
