  Convenient RaceTrac! Clean, well-stocked, and easy to access. Staff are friendly and helpful. A great stop for gas, snacks, or a quick break.

  I had an extremely unsettling experience at this location and felt compelled to leave a review. While purchasing items that required ID verification, I initially approached the counter, but both attendants walked away, so I proceeded to self-checkout. The system required employee verification, at which point the female attendant yelled that she needed to see my ID. I calmly agreed and suggested it might be easier for her to ring the items up directly rather than walking around the counter to verify. She immediately accused me of being aggressive for making that suggestion. I told her respectfully that I did not want an argument and that there was no reason for hostility. Despite this, she proceeded to slam my items while ringing them up. When I asked for her name so I could report the incident, she refused to provide it and stated she did not have to identify herself. She was not wearing a name tag. Because I had no way to identify her for a corporate complaint, I took a photo for reference. At that point, she became visibly distressed and ran to the back of the store. I then realized I had not been given a receipt. As I exited my vehicle to retrieve it, a male employee aggressively ran toward the door yelling for me to leave the store, despite my calmly explaining that I needed my receipt. As I attempted to explain what occurred, the cashier began yelling again as if in distress, and another employee—who had not witnessed the initial interaction—inserted himself into the situation. I was then followed by a customer who began yelling at me as well. At that moment, I genuinely felt unsafe and concerned that the situation could escalate into a physical confrontation. I left the store shaken and confused as to why a routine transaction turned into such a hostile experience. No customer should feel threatened, followed, or ganged up on for simply asking for respectful service and basic accountability. RaceTrac should seriously evaluate the training, professionalism, and conflict-resolution skills of staff at this location. This employee interaction was a major liability and completely inconsistent with a safe, customer-focused environment.

  I have been going to this racetrac since it originally opened and none of the other gas stations nearby compare in quality. The frozen yogurt is too expensive, but you can get a large pizza for the price of 2.5 slices, so you just have to try different deals. Gas prices match the quicktrip across the street so its not even necessary for me to compare out pricing. It is 1 mile from my house. I will continue to exclusively use this gas station unless forced to use somewhere else
