I walked into this shop frazzled, sad and left happy back on the road and smiling. I believe God guided me there. when I tell you they treated me with such kindness and Grace repaired my car above and beyond, quickly and economically. They treated my autistic son Isaiah with such kindness, let him pick what he wanted to on the TV and made sure he knew where to get some good lunch🤣Mr Tire is a blessing I will definitely be back for all my future repairs.💯☺️ Thank Y'all
- SPSebastian PlataNov 10, 20253.0My vehicle was at the shop for wheel balance, during the service one of the heat shields was bent and started making a sound when rubbing against the braked disc. When I came back one of the mechanics brought a flat screw driver and started poking the shield in between the wheel spokes. He was careless and tapped my brand new wheels with his screwdriver. After I complained and asked him to be careful he started laughing at me and denying that he caused any damage. I asked for him to step away from my vehicle as I no longer felt comfortable with his abilities to fix the problem. Finally manager comes out to the rescue. Store manager acted professionally and he took his time to get it done right by putting the car on the lift and removing the wheel.
