They tried to sell me more services on replacing all of my tires insisting that they were damaged/bad due to dry rot (they are not), as well as telling the same thing to every other customer that came in after me. It hasn’t even been a month, and my break pads are starting to squeal again, which should not be happening this early after they were replaced. The employees were friendly, but they were severely understaffed for the amount of customer traffic that was coming in. Unfortunately, the break pad replacement, rotor replacement, as well as the oil change were incredibly expensive here, and I will have to go elsewhere for services like this from now on.

I’ve been to this Mavis location before and gotten good service for an oil change before, so I gave them a call and they said they could take a look. When I arrived, the mechanic Dean gave me excellent service by helping out with the screws at no cost, and explaining to me what the problem with the fixture was in the first place. Great service and atmosphere, I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you dean!

I was done probably within 45minutes. I waited in the waiting area until my vehicle was done and I had no issues! Both gentlemen were nice and welcoming! I would highly recommend this location. I will add that I purchased my tires ahead of time so I can’t speak about obtaining quotes. I will be returning - thanks guys! Ask for Jamey or Daniel!
