I stopped by Mavis at the Kennesaw location on Saturday morning without an appointment and was greeted by a maintenance tech who was on break and said I won’t bother you while on your break but he said oh no ma’am I can help you. After I explained my situation he walked me inside and introduced me to Kirby at the front desk. I explained that I purchased new tires at a different Mavis location but one of the tire keeps loosing air. They immediately took my car in, hosted it up, thoroughly assessed the tire and even showed me that the issue was a crack in my wheel. In addition, Kirby even gave me a cost savings recommendation on where to purchase a replacement wheel and said he would change it for out for me! And all with a smile!!! I always get such great experience at Mavis. Thank you Kirby!
