I was able to duct tape it up and drive back and they screwed it back on but my skid plate is now damaged.

The techs do a nice job of checking everything over & explaining any needed additions without being pushy. They can also do emissions testing here, which is a bonus!
- MCManuel CotrichJan 3, 20261.0I had a horrible experience with this shop. One of my technicians brought his work vehicle in for a simple oil change. After the service was completed, he pulled out of the shop and almost immediately the lights began flickering, the check engine light came on, and then the engine completely shut off. My employee asked one of the Grease Monkey employees to help push the vehicle back into the bay to see what was wrong. Suddenly, the vehicle began having electrical issues, issues it has never had before. Now, the vehicle won’t even pass an emissions inspection. This vehicle had no electrical problems prior to this visit. The timing is not a coincidence. Based on this experience, I do not trust their workmanship or attention to detail. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Grease Monkey. I’ll be moving my entire fleet to Jiffy Lube going forward.
