  Rental/return process easy. Pick up and drop off processes smooth. Only hiccup was during drive back to Atlanta we were hit by unseen piece of metal and vehicle sustained damage to front hood, grill and driver side quarter panel. Our pictures showed no damage to rear of vehicle but accident report stated both tail lights broken. Local store staff recognized our pics and they are in process of editing their report. Status remains pending although we have claim number. Local store staff OUTSTANDING!

  Very helpful and got what I needed. Renters be warned, be prepared for the world's loudest motion sensed intercom announcement telling you to vacate immediately if dropping keys off after business hours. Thought the cops were on the way LOL

  Daniel and Payton from Kennesaw Enterprise commercial truck rental Were exceptionally well, mannered, professional, very helpful and fast getting us on track and back to work in our time I need when our trucks broke down. They’ve always been super helpful. I very much appreciate both of them if I ever have any questions was super easy to work with them when we had maintenance for the truck since it was a long-term rental they were very easy to schedule maintenance with no problem. I highly recommend Enterprise truck rental.
