Even though the website stated pickup wasn’t available, they actually picked me up, which was a great surprise. They didn’t have the exact size vehicle I had reserved, but the assistant branch manager, David Reid, went above and beyond to get me into a different vehicle, which was an upgrade, at no additional cost. The process was smooth, efficient, and I was in and out with minimal delay. Excellent customer service—thank you for going the extra mile.
