There was no call unfortunately they waited until my arrival to inform me the car reserved was not available. The manager was very confrontational and lacks customer service skills to problem solve. As a customer that rents at this location bi-weekly for the past 5-6 months it is not a reflection of the entire staff but an untrained employee. He encouraged me to file a complaint.

I thought The vehicle would air out and the smell would dissipate, but that definitely didn’t happen and I attempted to switch vehicles in Florida that was unsuccessful because the vehicle was dirty… It shouldn’t be that difficult to rent clean vehicles that aren’t going to Potentially put customers in jeopardy with law-enforcement or business colleagues. Do better, Enterprise! Dissipate
