  The only available SUV was a basic ugly bright blue Chevy. Wasn't a big deal but I didn't want to drive it for the week I needed the rental. Antionette could sense I was a little dissatisfied. 5 minutes after leaving, Antionette called me after someone returned a 2026 Black Nissan rogue. Very grateful for the call as this vehicle also had adaptive cruise control and made my 1500 mile long trip much easier. 10/10 service from this location and specifically Antionette! Thank you!

  I recently had a great experience renting a car from Enterprise, and I want to share how impressed I was with their service. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made the process easy and stress-free. Gabriel, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain all the details about the rental clearly. The car itself was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I really appreciated how efficient and courteous the whole team was throughout the process. Gabriel’s positive attitude and attention to detail truly stood out and made me feel like a valued customer. Overall, I left Enterprise feeling very satisfied and confident that I’ll rent from them again in the future.

  On last Saturday we had reversion for one day SUV they said they don't have SUV. Then a few minutes later some customer drop off a SUV. They had to clean it. Our reversion time was 9 am.we left around 10 am.we ask them we can leave our car there place and they said yes but they didn't tell us they have a gate and they close. When we brought back the car on Sunday morning to drop it off we couldn't pick up our car because gate was closed. We called 855 number and they said local supervisor going to call us but nobody call us back. I had drive to my job on Sunday to Florida and I lost one day of my work and very Disappointed with customer service, and we do not recommend this location to anyone.

  After having my vehicle crashed into at no fault of my own. Insurance booked a rental through enterprise and I picked it up at the location near the collision center my vehicle was being repaired at. A few days later I received a call from enterprise asking me to bring the vehicle back as it was on some flip list and they needed to get rid of it. I asked if I could bring it to a location that was closer to me and they told me I would have to call the location and see if they had any vehicles. When I did this I spoke with ante or onte at this location and he basically huffed and said he didn’t know what I was saying and to deal with it at the other location. I then asked for his name and explained that I shouldn’t have to be inconvencied because enterprise gave me a vehicle they now want back and he hung up on me. This is the worst customer service ever. Edit: Now they put a “link” so it can be discussed further yet the link does not work and the webpage says “ error page 404 not found”. Even though I called this location multiple times after I was rudely hung up on to discuss this issue with management directly. Do not use this location there is a much better one on Cobb parkway with great customer service.
