  Reggie (I think) was fantastic!! He took me to another location to get the car I needed and upon returning the vehicle, made it effortless. The whole team at this location is fantastic.

  Horrible service. The man at the front desk was extremely unhelpful. refused to let us pay for the vehicle and kept giving us every hurdle in the books so we can't rent the car. If you're in need of a car do not come here

  Needed a car due to an accident I was in. As I walked in the door, Antionette immediately greeted me and asked how she could assist me. After grabbing the info she needed, we walked outside and she let me pick out which car I was going to take for the week! She was thorough with the process and made sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. She was very helpful!!!

  Poor experience with this location. Dishonest staff. I was in an accident where the at fault driver's insurance was paying for the rental. I specifically told them I only wanted the car that was completely covered. They put me in what was on the lot and did not disclose it was $4 more per day than what the insurance company was covering. After returning the rental I was charged over $100 for the balance. I reached out to them directly and spoke to multiple people and each time they said they'd work with the insurance company to increase the amount and get the charges removed. After calling weekly for updates for over a month, Ben finally told me I was responsible because I signed the rental. I don't believe they even attempted to contact the insurance company. I've taken my business to Hertz.
