  This was an unnecessarily complicated experience. I showed up on time for my reservation and was then informed that I needed multiple forms of identification, including proof of address like a utility bill—something that was never disclosed in advance. Because of this lack of communication, I was forced to cancel my reservation. Enterprise needs to be much clearer about these requirements before customers arrive.

  I had an amazing experience with enterprise as I always do! The representative Gabriel that collected the keys at the end of my trip made sure everything was intact with the rental car and that all questions I might have had for them was answered to the best of his ability. Highly recommend using enterprise for your rental car needs.

  RESERVATION MEANT NOTHING - “NO SUVS IN THEIR FLEET “ I reserved a full-size SUV for a long family trip (six adults, 12 hours on the road, departing at 6:00 AM the next morning). I checked in online prior and when I show up to pick up the vehicle, I was told an SUV was expected back, it would be cleaned, and—as a courtesy—delivered to my house that evening. Sounded reasonable. Two hours later, as closing time approached, I called just to confirm timing. That’s when the story completely changed. I was told • “The SUV was not coming back” • “They don’t have SUVs in their fleet” (?) • My options were “a smaller class car or nothing” So after reserving, checking in, showing up, and planning my entire trip around this vehicle, I was basically told my reservation didn’t matter. This was a planned family trip where vehicle size actually matters. Treating it like “any car is fine” shows a complete disconnect from the customer’s needs. If you actually NEED an SUV, do not rely on this location. I strongly recommend renting at the airport through a company like NATIONAL where the fleet actually exists and reservations are honored. A reservation should mean something. Here, it didn’t.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. When I rented my car, I told Gabriel clearly, multiple times, that I did NOT want the additional protection because I already have full coverage insurance. I repeated this about three different times. Despite that, he added the protection anyway at $20 a day without my consent. When I confronted him about it, he tried to blame my sister and claimed she agreed to the coverage. Not only is that untrue, but the rental was under my name and my credit card, so his excuse made no sense. I’ve requested a refund and a copy of my receipt twice and have been ignored. The whole situation feels dishonest, and I’m extremely unhappy with how this was handled. I would strongly caution anyone renting here to double-check their contract and charges. I should not have to fight an employee to remove something I declined over and over. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
