  Best carwash around. The sprayers are strong and the dryer at the end is stronger than most. They have very strong vacuums and hoses to detail with. They provide small towels and cleaners so you can detail the windows and insides. Sick of so many car washes all over but this one is worth a visit. Only one I’ve not had to basically rewash my car with a little towel once I was done. Seriously.

  The wash was cool. But there’s an African American gentleman there who is very aggressive and sarcastic. Kind of rude. I didn’t appreciate his approach or demeanor. Trying to force me to buy a membership. Do better at training and hiring.

  I stopped in for the first time today to get my car washed. Unfortunately, during the wash a couple magnet decals came off of my tailgate (it was my fault for not removing them ahead of time). When I realized they were missing, I returned to the location. The attendant was quick to search the wash and returned my magnets freshly dried. Another employee, perhaps a supervisor/manager, came out while the attendant was searching to ensure I was being taken care of. He then inspected the hood of my car and asked if I had recently had my car washed. When I told him I had been there less than 30 minutes before, he insisted the exterior should have come more clean in the wash. He offered me a free wash, which he personally handled the initial brush cleaning, scrubbing the stubborn dead bugs, etc. and then sending my car thru. Good customer service is rare and should be celebrated. I hate that I didn’t catch either employees’ name but in an area where car washes grow on every corner, I’ll drive the extra couple miles to Calibre car wash for their prompt, professional service and pride in their product.

  Edit: They responded to my review but still haven’t called, emailed, or contacted me back. I went up there and the manager wasn’t there so I have had to dispute it with my bank. I was charged an unknown charge on 11/18. I have used the contact us on the website three times with no response, I emailed and still haven’t received a response, and I have also called and everytime I call no one picks up and you can’t leave a voicemail. This has been the worst experience with this car wash. I have only been once and I will not be going back again. I would give no stars if I could.

  My car got a horizontal scratch on the hood from this wash. The manager wasn't there but the guy on duty took my info and said they would call and tell me how to file a claim. Never happened.
