  Store doesnt open on time. Almost 8am and manager still hasn't shown to open up. Been here since 715am waiting for them to open at 730am.

  Last week, I had one of the most stressful moments when my car wouldn’t start after getting food for my autistic son. I was overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do, so I called Advance Auto Parts. I was greeted by a kind and calm voice—his name was Xzavier. I explained my situation and mentioned that I could see the store from across the street. Instead of just giving directions, he told me to stay where I was. Within minutes, he came and picked me up himself in an old school Lincoln- like my dad use to drive. He drove me to the store, and we had a really comforting conversation that helped calm my nerves. I was worried because I only had $6, but Xzavier told me not to worry and even paid for the key fob battery out of his own pocket. They installed it, and he drove me back to my car. When it still wouldn’t start, he didn’t give up—he went back to the store, brought equipment to test the battery, and spent about 20 minutes trying to help me figure it out. Even though the issue turned out to be something bigger, he did everything he could and treated me with patience and kindness the entire time. Before he left, he simply asked that if I needed a battery, I would come back to him. Unfortunately, I couldn’t do that because a friend had already helped me, but I will never forget his kindness. Thank you to Advance Auto Parts for employing such caring and compassionate people. Xzavier truly went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for his help.

  I had an amazing customer service experience this Thursday. I purchased a battery and a starter, and Xazier was incredibly helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make sure not only I was taken care of, but also that other customers felt welcomed as they entered the store. He arranged for someone to install my battery, and the installation was done perfectly. I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes! I truly appreciate the excellent service. This isn’t usually the store I visit, but after this experience, I will definitely be coming back.

  Had a great visit with this location yesterday. I ordered online and when I arrived my purchase was ready to sign and go. I was greeted in a friendly manner and though it was a small purchase, I was treated like a customer/person and not just a transaction and even given usage advise. Great job by the team.
