  This place has the best customer service. The staff and management really care that they give you quality service. I would recommend to anyone looking for quality care and service. Will definitely come back.

  Kennet and Jace were very pleasant. The other associate was pleasant as well, but I didn’t catch his name. Jace serviced my car for an oil change, he was quick & knowledgeable. Kennet had wonderful customer service and even my little niece said, that lady is nice when we left. She’s 6. Kids tell it all! Grease monkey for the win! Good service, good prices, and good people! Love it. Ill be back.

  Had an issue with windshield wiper after service. Gentleman took care of it no problem. Very happy with service at this location. Great mechanic!

  I went to the Jonesboro location because they advertised Mobile One oil . They no longer use Mobile One a premium oil but the sign said they did. They use a contractor grade DuroMax. I wouldn’t have known unless I had asked. Then I was told to come back in an hour and a half because he was there by himself. I didn’t like that they didn’t use the oil they advertised or the fact they didn’t have enough people. This was the second time I had gone to this store for service and they didn’t have enough peoples working.
