I went online to pay for my tag and it says I do not have my emission and I should get one before proceeding. I called valvoline customer service and they were no help. The manager never got back to me. I went there after work and the guy said he sent everything in the system. WRONG! I went back online still no emissions. This is incredibly inconvenient!
