I got very nervous about what I saw and drove back to the shop which was about 6 miles away. By the time I got near the shop my Low oil pressure light came on and van seem to drive a little funny. After the checked out the issue the service tech left my oil filter cap loose and Dam near cause a major use in a brand new Vehicle. Only thing I got was I'm sorry this happened which is not what I thought I would get. Maybe a free oil change or something. I was offered nothing for this major mistake and almost caused me to be out of work and then having to buy me a brand new engine. I just bought this vehicle in November 2025 brand new.
