- CBCliff BrownFeb 4, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with my visit to Tommy’s Express Car Wash on Tara Blvd. Their wash damaged my truck — damage that was absolutely NOT there beforehand. I take care of my vehicle, and this was clearly caused by their equipment. When I reported it, the staff acted concerned at first. I got estimates, sent everything to Larry (the manager), and he replied briefly… then completely vanished. Calls and emails were ignored. Every time I called, I was told he “wasn’t there” or “in a meeting.” No follow-up, no accountability, no attempt to fix the damage they caused. The sad part is that one of the body shops told me this happens often with this location and they never make it right. A car wash should not damage your vehicle and then dodge responsibility. Based on how they handled this, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
