  I came in for an oil change, and after sitting for a little over an hour, I was informed that they were unable to remove my oil filter. The technician said he would call his manager to determine next steps. Shortly after, I was told they were just going to add new oil to my car. I immediately explained that this is not how an oil change works. The technician, Lee, then proceeded to argue with me, insisting the situation was my fault because I had gone over the suggested mileage. I know for a fact that this has nothing to do with an oil filter being stuck. When I asked him to stop talking over me and provide the GM’s number, he continued going back and forth instead of escalating the issue professionally. I ended up asking the other technicians to get the number for me. I eventually spoke with Corey, who explained the actual policy and confirmed exactly what I already knew: simply pouring new oil on top of an old filter is not an oil change. The issue is not that the part couldn’t be removed — that happens. The issue is the way Lee handled the situation. He looked me in the face and tried to convince me that incorrect and unsafe service was acceptable. It was unprofessional and dismissive, and it showed a complete disregard for customer safety. I drive my car every day and was about to get on the highway immediately after this appointment. I needed transparency and safe service, not excuses. My question for corporate is this: Is this how your employees are trained to handle issues, and does this behavior align with your company’s core values?

  These people made my engine blow up and are making me do the long drawn out process instead of making it right and paying for it this is second time they failed to return fitting from oil filter cap on bmw vehicles I have all receipts and previous receipt I will have to take them to court for 15000 because they won’t contact me 6541 Tara blvd llc is the name of it they are a franchise not involved with grease monkey Update the comment they left is not accurate they have not correct I performed maintenance on car

  I am very disappointeded in the service I received. On Aug 24th I received an oil change within 12pm days, my high end vehicle started experiencing issues. I returned on September 12th to get my fluids topped off. I only received two top off options. On September 17th I had to return again drove my truck there. They drove it 3 to 4 times after, I arrived. We decided to do a tune up, after this I return to pick up my vehicle and it's no longer working. They transferred it for diagnostic that was completed, leaving parts at their facilities and parts untighten Now, I have to file a claim and complaint against this facility and the owner. Due to incompetence of the staff who clearly are unskilled and negligent in repairing these vehicles. They struggle to remove a filter just complete the oil and failed reset the computer inside for the oil change. They don't want to accountable eventhough the manager admitted mistakes. The person who completed the tune up admitted he had to look up and research how to replace a part they agreed to replace. STAY AWAY
