  Everyone was very knowledgeable about what they were doing and they made sure that they took the proper steps to make sure that I understood the services that I received and what was needed moving forward so it was very informative as well. Everyone was they get a 10.

  Wonderful experience fast and Kenette was wonderful she educated me about things on my vehicle I had no clue about. Plus she is hilarious kept me entertained while Jason completed my oil change. I will be back and I definitely recommend this location.

  This is the most horrible location that I’ve ever been. The gentleman proclaimed to be DM. (Corey) attitude sucks. This is so hard to believe that he’s a DM with an attitude and poor customer service skills. This location needs a New DM, or else business will be real slow here for ever and a day! You are responding to a review, I never said what service that I received, he’s so unprofessional. Trying to cover his tracks! Even if you do own this establishment, I will be reporting this to BBB scoring also. Just so sad..

  Shacir was so great and waited even after closing to do my oil change. It’s my first time visiting here and due to him I will forever be a customer of Grease Monkey as long as he is working for this company. I really appreciate the stellar customer service and effort he put forth with making sure I was taken care of. Thank you Shacir.

  I stopped in today for an oil change and had a great experience. The team who serviced my vehicle was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Corey even vacuumed out my truck after checking my cabin air filter. Shacir was very thorough and explained everything to me clearly. He made sure I left with a free car wash voucher also. I didn't interact much with Jace, as he was actually changing my oil but he was very nice getting me pulled into the bay and entered into the system. I see mixed review for this location, but I can say that the staff I worked with today was A+! Great customer service & professionalism. The only reason for the 4 star review is because quick oil change shops are always priced high. I knew I would pay a premium for the convenience of not going to the dealership, but I'm still shocked that a service that would cost $40 at the dealership ends up costing over $100.
