    Hello my name is Silvia and i am of Hispanic decent, I work for what I got .today I walk in to autozone for some panit remover I was aporched by a store employee at the time I did not now she was the manager. She asked me if I needed hellp withe anything I toled her no and that I new wher the things wher,keep in mind I go hear all the time.she was visibly upset about that I guess and instead toled her no twice she (backed off), but when I whent to the next aisle over she followed me she did this persistently,then in English she told her fello employee to keep an eye on me she was looking in my own bag seeing if I had some thing in there so hopefully they change there way of thinking .this is the first time I see her here i have now issues withe the rest of the employees they have always help me whenever I have asked .

    Terrible customer service and it is not the first time, today 12/23/25, I walked in to ask for a battery test for my car and was told by the manager or supervisor that someone would help me shortly, They asked if i just give them a minute. No problem i figured it’ll only take a couple of minutes but I ended up waiting 30 minutes and no one came to help so I just left. Its my fault for thinking this store got better with its customer service, good luck to those that shop here, hope your experiences are better than what mine’s has been

    Dominguez Ruiz and Jose were such great help with my car issue. They were both very knowledgeable. They deserve the praise and a raise for all they did for me and do for this company. 10 stars all around.
