  Always excellent service at this Mr. Tire. I have purchased all my tires at this location since it opened in the early 90s! And I’ve had all my tires fixed and other work done at this location. If I have ever had an issue, they have corrected it to my satisfaction!

  I have been to a gazillion car shops in my life time. No one beats this shop in terms of customer service and just plain old competence. RICHARD is a gem. He is so knowledgeable, a great listener and has a can do attitude. This is the sort of place that brings trust back to this business. They tell you what they can and cannot do. And they can do A LOT. They fixed my brakes, changed my tires, balanced them, they do my 5000 mile service and transmission flushes!!!! Their prices are fair and above all they treat you like a human being. I will be coming back for a life time. Thanks to Richard and also a huge shout out to TJ.

  I have no information other than first impressions and that was nobody came to the front to see what I wanted nobody was up front and so I took my needs elsewhere after standing there for an unreasonable amount of time waiting.

  In the process of evading an accident today, I ended up hitting a curb, which blew out my front right tire. Mr. Tire @ Jones Bridge & State Bridge was the closest shop, so I went there for help. Much to my surprise, Richard at the service desk not only had my proper Michelin Defender 2 replacement in stock, but arranged to get me right in for immediate service. 45 minutes later and back on the road, I'm one satisfied customer. Thanks to the helpful staff at Mr. Tire for helping resolve my misfortune.

  I was at UPS next to Mr. Tire and the store manager very politely came in and told me one of my tires were low. He immediately offered for me to come over when I was finished so he could fill it. Sean was very polite, kind, and helpful giving me advice on how to keep the tires from not wearing as quickly. These days no one is going out of their way with customer service but this was above and beyond for someone who wasn’t even a customer yet. The next time I need anything done on my car I will be going to Mr.Tire!
