- KLkelly leeJan 3, 20265.0Outstanding customer service by Sean. Making appointment was a bit confusing as it turned out the phone number I used was with a central call office. When we went to the Jones creek shop, found out the appointment was made with a different location. Despite being in the wrong place, Sean called the other location to cancel my appointment and eased my frustration. He patiently listened to our issues and provided outstanding and cost/time effective solutions. We were able to resolve immediate issues within 30 min or so. Plan to return to this same location for tire replacement along with a few other fixes in a few months. Highly recommend this place.

When I arrived, they acted like they had the tired & didn’t tell me that the tire was unavailable, and proceeded to charge me for more expensive tires without my knowledge. Additionally, there was a deal on the Goodyear tires to get $110 off of my price & that discount was not provided. Lastly, they did an alignment for me. When I asked how much it would be, they stated it would be $85 dollars. I was then charged $135 for the alignment. Do not come to the place, they will scam you.
