Horrible car wash. Other automatic car washes at least give towels and cleaner. A waste of money this place.

It’s worth getting so you don’t have to get the hard sell every time you visit. Really wish they would bring back towels like they had when I first signed up. Thx for keeping everything running to top order and for a consistently and for keeping my work truck looking professional!

Workers are super pushy to upsell 3. You have to bring your own towels or BUY theirs (even though they increased price) 4. No basic cleaners 5. Last couple of times I went I had to change spots bc the vacuum wasn’t 6. They ask for tip at beginning of service and are pushy about that also. They no longer have a wet mat cleaner. 7. They want tip. But they don’t do anything, I can push the buttons on the screen myself, and the person that “scrubs” barely does the job.

Unfortunately, that wasn’t true. — it doesn’t even show my active subscription, and the cancellation form doesn’t send any confirmation or acknowledgment. It’s really frustrating to have to guess whether my request went through. The process needs serious improvement. Update: I finally received confirmation that my subscription is cancelled. As long as I’m not billed again, I’ll will change the review to 5 stars
- CJChip JonesNov 3, 20255.0Mister Carwash is no ordinary car wash, it’s an experience. The place is always immaculate and it has the best equipment. You are Always greeted with a smile and a wave. The people there are the friendliest of any place you will ever visit. Going there in the morning always kicks my day off to a good start. They go out of their way to make you feel great. If you have not tried it, you are missing out on a terrific experience and a cleaner car!!!
