  LOVE this car wash. I was in recently and had the pleasure to deal with Emily, she is one of the managers. Emily was very friendly, professional. She explained the different types car wash memberships they have and even helped me decide which one was best for me and helped me get signed up. I highly recommend Mister Car Wash, especially this location. All the employees are very polite and helpful.

  Base car wash. Car wash not super dirty but recently rained on, so I just wanted a quick clean off. Asked for a tip before I even went through. Car was not clean (dirt still viable on the back). No towels to dry off or wipe down the inside. I asked the attendant thinking perhaps I could get something to wipe the spots off. The attendant said “unless you have a membership and come often, the base doesn’t usually get your car all the way clean.” AVery disappointed. Will not return.

  You know when you go to these car wash places and you almost expect one of the "free vacuums" not to be working. So, I came to this Mister Car Wash and while cleaning my car the vacuum stop working. Instead of moving my car to the next parking space, I decided to get help from someone who works here. Well guess what, I got the right one! JR took this vacuum apart in 5 different places to get it to work! And I really appreciate it. You got to love when someone knows how to do their job well!

  I’ve never been to a car wash like this before. Towels aren’t free—you have to buy one just to dry your car, which was already annoying. But the worst part was the employee. He kept pushing me to buy a more expensive wash, saying none of the other options would clean my car because it was “too dirty.” I had to insist multiple times before he finally let me choose the wash I wanted. Then, after all that, he pointed out the tip screen and asked if I wanted to add a tip. After being pressured and upsold, that felt pretty ridiculous. Overall, not a great experience and definitely not somewhere I’m excited to go back to.

  Just like many other reviewers, I’m extremely frustrated with how upper management clearly encourages aggressive upselling at the entrance. This is not a one-off issue; it’s a repeated complaint for a reason. The entrance employees seriously need to back off. There is a kiosk for a reason. If you’re going to have someone stationed there to aggressively push upgrades, then the kiosk becomes pointless. Customers should be able to select what they want without being pressured. We clearly and firmly said multiple times that we only wanted the basic wash. Despite that, the employee continued to push higher-priced packages, slowing down the line and frustrating multiple customers in the process. He even tried to pressure us by claiming the basic wash “won’t do a good job” and insisting that we “need more protection packages.” That approach was inappropriate and unprofessional. If the basic wash is not sufficient, then it should not be advertised as an option. If I were planning to spend more on add-on packages, I would simply take my car to a professional hand-wash/detailing location instead. The aggressive upselling here only reinforces that decision. “No” should mean no. Instead, the employee held onto our credit card, pretended to tap it, and used that moment to continue pushing upgrades. That felt manipulative and disrespectful. If customers want upgrades, they will ask for them. I came in expecting a quick, straightforward car wash. Instead, the aggressive sales tactics completely ruined the experience. Management needs to address this. Train employees to respect customer choices and stop turning a simple transaction into an uncomfortable sales interaction.
