- KEKelly EadsNov 2, 20251.0I took my 3500 Ram Dually into Mavis Tire for new brakes. When I got the truck back the axel had been reinstalled incorrectly, gear oil was leaking, emergency brake was full of gear oil and wouldn't set. The manager knew this, I showed it to him on the hill out front as I was going on vacation with my boat and he said, "you should have two people to put the boat in the water, so you won't need the emergency brake." I paid my $1600 bill and then had to pay my neighbor an additional $900 to do the job correctly. We have all the documentation on this. A second issue with this company, I had a previous 3500 Ram Dually Laramie that I took in for new tires, and they couldn't get the tire to seat. It third incident I have had with this same business is they scratched my rims up when replacing the tires and the managers statement was "it's a work truck". I had paid thousands for these rims. Needless to say, I will never go to this company again and I have filed a BBB complaint.
