Previously, at our dealership, we’d schedule an appointment and then wait 3 hours for the technician to show up and tell us something needed fixing, so we’d have to wait some more. At Mavis, we were greeted by manager Kevin Becerra. Mr. Becerra quickly figured out what we needed and gave us an estimated completion time, which turned out to be accurate. We’re very impressed with his professionalism and customer service skills. He’s a very nice and kind person. We will recommend this service to anyone we know.
