It took them several times to locate the right tire even though she showed the person directly which tire. (25 minutes we can’t find anything with the rear… well that’s because I didn’t show you the rear tire) this happened 3 times for 2 hours… Finally got back in the car and papers were thrown all over out of her dash. Weird. Left and car was driving terrible. Immediately take it to our preferred shop (Perfect Performance) and they discovered that they put the tire back on backwards (how does a tire shop do that?) they patched incorrectly (wrong spot) My wife said Kevin at the front desks was nice but the others don’t know what they are doing. Incredible waste of time and also left her in a dangerous spot.

After returning because of a noise coming from the tire they had plugged, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive response when I mentioned my time restriction—the worker simply shrugged his shoulders. As a woman without expertise in cars, I expected understanding and problem-solving, not disregard, so I will not be returning to that location. I would have considered going back to Mavis Tires and Brakes to get my car fixed again, but after they messed up my tire, I no longer feel confident in their work. I cannot trust them to handle a more intrusive repair process on my vehicle.
