  Trace and Dwight was wonderful came for tire pressure check and they checked my filters and rest of my fluids as well will be coming back for oil change

  About a month or two back i went in for an oil change and have the cabin air filter replaced. Oil change was fine, but when it came time for the air filter it all went down hill. First the technician didn't know where it was and that is fine. I understand few vehicles are the same. But instead of asking a coworker or stepping into the office to look it up he asks me where it is. Luckily I did know but it made me pay attention. He gets the glove box out with me needing to explain to him how and proceed to do something it the dash of 3 to 5 minutes until I hear a snap and he pulls out a plastic clip. I ask him what is that? He apologized. Said he didn't know what he was doing and he would fix it and then pulls out his phone and looks up a video on how to replace a cabin air filter for a 2018 ram. At that point I had enough and got out of the truck, told him to move and did the replacement myself. I also found that the plastic clip he broke was part of the cabin air box. I asked him how he was going to fix it and his reply was "I just glue it back on". Ya now I was pissed but I let him do it. As things where wrapping up he gave me the bill with no mention of what happened so I asked for the manager and explained all that happened because apparently the technician was hoping i would just leave. Ya no, you brake it you fix it. So the manager listens and writes a note on my bill acknowledging the mistake, says he would put it in the system and a adjuster will reach out and they will also order a replacement. Cool. Before I get home I get a call from the manager saying the part was ordered and a call from the adjuster saying he was aware of what happened and that they would make it right. About a week gos bay and no word so I start calling once a day and the part finally came in and it is the wrong part. Ordered a cabin air filter cover instead of that cabin air box. Was told that it will be ordered and I have not heard anything ceases. So ya go at your own risk.

  Id like to give a shout out to caleb ryals today for service to my vehicle he is very skilled at what he does he did an awesome job on my vehicle he was very profesional and got the job done fast i been using this place for years on several of my vehicles and i always received excelente 5 Star service ive never had a complaint towards any of my Services i received ever also thank you also thanks to the management there although i forgot his name hes a great guy very honest and goes out his way for his customers thank yall for the great service yall always provide you have a great team
