  These are the good guys. They check everything give you a complete list of what's needed and the cost .Very professional, very informative. This is my new "go to" place for car repair .

  Sara and Alexis was super great and helpful. Was able to drop my car off and get looked at to get an estimate. Super helpful and will write a response when I get more back from here

  Spent $400 to have the brake booster fixed, then while driving home my temperature gauge maxed out because the upper heater hose was disconnected. I fixed it myself in five minutes, but that’s ridiculous. I would leave one star, but everyone there was nice. Still, this is the kind of service you will get. I should have went to stop and ride instead

  I brought them my Facebook market place ambulance find that was full of inadequacies, and they fixed it up right. Along with a quick turn around and proper good customer service accommodating my circumstances. Ive find myself a forever home in terms of repairs. 10/10 would recommend!

  Took my daughter's car here as it was smoking and closer than my usual shop (in Hoschton) Was charged a $100 diagnostic fee and quoted over $1500 to replace battery, alternator and belt. Called my usual shop and they quoted me $929 for all the same stuff. I declined the work at Spikes as I was not paying that much, they called me back and said what all was needed and said you know the price includes a battery and belt, to which I replied yes.. so did my other estimate. Went and picked her car up and paid their $108 diag fee, to which I said you charge tax on labor? The reply was that's including shop supplies.. shop supplies for an electrical test? Her car was also completely unlocked sitting in their lot. Then someone pulled in towing a vehicle while we were strapping down my daughter's car to my trailer and he impatiently barely squeezed around the front of my vehicle and came within an inch of hitting the front end of my truck, instead of waiting literally 1 minute for us to finish, which made me even more uncomfortable with them. And to top it off her white car with tan interior now has black greasy hand prints all over the front end, exterior and interior of the door and steering wheel. Horrible shop, extremely over priced and will never return or refer anyone there!
