The store advertised free tool rental all over the front (I understand that's rental but come on, you can't stand there and watch me swap it out?) but would not lone me a 8mm wrench to get my battery out and make a sale. He then came outside and called a wire that was correctly installed "creative ingenuity" in a smart ass manner to belittle me infront of his co-worker. I then stood that for 15 minutes all for the side mount terminal to get cross threaded into a 300 dollar battery and had to fix it myself with the tools I wasnt allowed to touch to begin with. This was exactly why i wanted to do it my self in the first place. I never use advanced or autozone for this reason, managers that couldn't make it as a mechanic so they run a parts store like a boot camp. Only stopped here because it was convenient as it was on my way home from work. Won't be back ever again. Go to Oriellys and save yourself a headache
