  This car wash caused significant damage to my truck. I alerted the manager working immediately and she took a few pictures. She did not take pictures of everything that was damaged. The company’s incident team is refusing to help stating the damage was preexisting when it wasn’t. My entire truck is now scratched, windshield is chipped, windows are chipped, antenna was ripped off, side mirrors cracked, and so much more. While we were in the car wash we could hear the metal grinding and scraping the truck. We now have to get our car insurance involved to go after this company. I am not the only person who has had damage done to their vehicle. There are dozens of people local who have been victimized by this facility. If you value your vehicle I would stay far away from this facility. I paid for an $18 car wash only to be left with thousands in damage.

  Diego is an amazing employee. It was my first time visiting the car wash, and I expected just a simple drive through the wash, but Diego sprayed my entire truck down because it was covered in dirt and sprayed off my rims and tires for me. He then scrubbed the front of my truck very well, and the rear also. When I got out of the wash, he came to my truck and asked me how everything came out as far as the wash and explained to me that the vacuums were free for public use as well as the rags and cleaning sprays. Overall, a very kind employee and very respectful the entire time I was there!

  Whistle is the best car wash I have ever used!! My car gets very clean!! The staff is great! JESSE does my pre wash and does a great job! I always ask him to turn off the wheel shine function and he always does and smiles like it’s no trouble but I’m sure it is. This week I went and there was a different person doing pre wash and he wasn’t as careful and he forgot to turn off the wheel shine. That’s ok but I missed JESSE! Hopefully he will be there next week!!

  I like the fact that two older guys seem to be working the drive up and then the wash. When something messed up, they fixed it, customer service disposition was 100%..just a better experience than when teens were employed and normally, I really don't have a preference or care, but this one mattered. I like that the spray bottles and rags are at each station. No one wants to walk around figuring that out like previously when other owners arranged it. It's the little things!

  I have been going off and on for years to Whistle Express and even though it’s out of my way a bit I’m a very loyal customer. The past few years of going it’s been a hit or miss with the customer service and wash experience. Then a few months ago a new manager started named Valerie I’m pretty sure, I’m not the best with remembering names. I started to see such improvement with the facility being cleaner and the customer service from everyone has been impeccable!! Recently when I went I noticed the vacuums were down but they informed me they are in the process of getting them fixed and they will be up and running very soon. Now days most people give u the run around but they took the time to let everyone know the issue will soon be resolved and I really appreciated that. The manager Valerie, I really hope I’m getting her name correct is a great asset to your company because it’s so hard to find anyone that takes such pride in the company they work for and cares so much about each and everyone that pulls up to use their services!!! Jasper Whistle Express keep up the impeccable service!!! I will continue to be loyal as well as tell everyone I know to they them out. Wish I could give you all a 10!!!
