- RCReina CedenoJan 5, 20261.0I live in Jasper, Georgia, and Whistle Express is a local business near me. On October 2, 2025, I went to wash my car at the Whistle Express location. As I entered the car-wash rails, my left tire went completely flat, making it impossible to continue moving forward inside the wash tunnel. The tire store was located in the next building, so I immediately purchased a new tire. After replacing it, I returned to Whistle Express and provided the receipt. Their staff filled out a complaint form and collected all my personal information, assuring me that I would receive a refund and that they would call me back with an update. Since that day, I have returned every other week asking about the refund. Each time, they tell me, “We are working on it.” About six weeks later, I asked the manager to check their system for my complaint, and he could not find it. I was then informed that my complaint was never entered into the system, and the form originally completed by staff was never processed. Nothing was done. On December 22, 2025, I spoke to the manager again. He told me he would personally make a phone call and that I would finally receive a callback soon. Today is January 5, 2026, and I have still received no communication, no update, and no refund. Due to this lack of accountability and follow through, I will be canceling my membership with Whistle Express and returning to Mr. Clean Car Wash in Canton, where I have always received reliable service. I hope this matter can still be reviewed and resolved, as this situation has caused frustration and a loss of trust.

It always looks like I've been four wheeling in my little blue car but that's because our driveway and it doesn't help that we live right next to the quarry. Whenever I leave Whistle Express it always looks like I got me a brand new car, inside and out! They prepped my car thoroughly before sending it through the automatic wash. The vacuums work fantastic, there's plenty of cleaning supplies and clean towels to get the inside sparkling as nice as the outside. But the best part is the people working there! Thanks again for the great experience and a service very well done!! See you next time :-)
