I came here intending to leave with an oil change, a new battery and tons of brake work (as a dealership told me I needed several months ago - which I declined, as it felt fishy). I was ready to bite the bullet, but after a thorough testing, I was told my battery was fine and I should replace just my rear brake pads in a few months! The bill for all this reassurance was … outstanding! Oil change only. I was so pleased and they’ve gained a customer for life (or until some syndicate buys them out and chooses profit over quality, as is the norm anymore). Don’t hesitate to go to the Jasper Mavis Tires & Brakes store! They are professional and best of all - ethical and honest!

They informed me I had wood stuck in my tire that was causing the air leak. I then had them replace my tire (or so i thought). When I arrived at work a couple of hours later, I noticed that I still had the SAME TIRE I went in with. Turns out they never replaced my tire and charged me for a replacement… I called the tire shop to ask them what happened and all the man had to say to me was “I’m sorry, my specialist made a mistake. If you come in later we can replace that tire for you.” UM NO THANK YOU. I demanded a refund. Never going back there. If you go here make sure you’re getting what you paid for.
