  Asked.for my vehicle to be scanned and older lady tells me she cant do it and says everyone else is busy and then asks me to wait. She tells me you can do it yourself so I decide to do it. I wait in car after I finish scanning vehicle to read codes she prints out for me. Next thing I know she comes out and does the scan for another customer. I won't be back to this store. Thanks for the terrible experience.

  Car was out of oil, went here because they don’t close until 9, went by at 8:45, doors are locked, as soon as I walk up one person walks to the back to ignore me, and then one lady sits there infront of me on her phone ignoring me. I knock on the door only because I desperately need oil, atleast just a quart to get me home because I just got off work, She continues to ignore so I knock one more time and she starts flipping/freaking out waving me on, and seemed to be yelling. So unprofessional you can simply come to the door and say i’m sorry even though we’re still open for 15 minutes I cant sell to you. no decency anywhere, anymore
