Then when I was told they had to order it I stated ok can you order it plz and he said rudely "have to pay for it before we can order it".... Me- "OK can I pay over the phone?" and Aunto zone worker- (rudely )"no don't think so"..... Me "can you ask so I don't have to travel 45 miles one way to pay for it then 45 miles back then 45 miles again at 630 pm this evening then again 45 miles home with the parts plz if you could ask your manager".... Loud slam and I heard people talking in the background. No joke- 6 min later he hung up the phone. WILL NEVER GET PARTS FROM AUTO ZONE AGAIN. PEOPLE DONT DESERVE OTHER PEOPLE'S ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON. IF YOU HATE UR JOB GET A NEW ONE YOU LIKE!
