I went in today and this dude default setting is to go straight to telling me why I can't bring it back. Telling me about it not having a warranty when he should know that's not the policy. All he had to do was put my phone number in and the problem was solved. I had the same problem with the other guy who was in today a couple months ago when I brought tools back. They treat it like I stole the tools and I'm trying to get over when I buy everything online and I have a autozone account, it's insulting. I never have this problem with the women who work in this store and I'm going to assume it's because they have more experience and not because they happen to be women of color.
