Advanced needs to see that they thoroughly look at who they have in the store working with customers.

This is a vehicle that advance system says professional installation required do not install. Closing key holder comes out. Tells me I'm taking it apart wrong in a condescending tone. He wants to take a push fitting apart on a 8 year old truck. Theres a good chance that plastic will break. Not to mention per Advance Auto he's not allowed to take a battery out of that truck. Got a condescending attitude about how the battery was out of warranty anyway. Then low and behold it was under warranty but discontinued. He refused to exchange it for a in stock replacement. Gave us a bs story about how warranty comes out of his managers commission and how his manager will deny a warranty if you don't have those stupid red and green felt terminal nonsense installed. No where in the warranty for batteries on the website is that listed. Not to mention the fact corporate told me via text message that a warranty exchange with a payment of the difference was possible in a discontinued situation. The key holders solution was to sell us a quote shitty battery that bairly lasts outside of the couple month warranty while he waits on the warranty battery to be located and brought in from another store.
