  Do not take your cars here. I had my front end replaced including suspension, control arm, & both tires. I had an issue with a humming sound after picking it up so I brought it back. After waiting an hour past my appointment, Antonio told me it’s a wheel barring. In the same breath their “lead mechanic” Trevor says “I don’t not like how that front end and suspension was rebuilt whoever did that” I said “uh you guys?” Another mechanic (Michael) states that he should have kept his mouth shut because that’s how it ends up costing them money. Fast forward and they’re taking ZERO accountability, refusing to correct whatever the lead mechanic thought wasn’t done correctly and want me to pay over $900 for something that should have been fixed initially. They tell me the mechanic who did it is no longer employed there. Turns out he just moved locations. The overall customer service, accountability, and lack of professionalism is disgusting. All while trying to come to a resolution Antonio is raising his voice with my dad saying they two issues have nothing to do with each other, we asked for corporate and Antonio said they were there. So we asked to speak to them. Antonio then brought the regional manager to the back parking lot for over 20 minutes. We had to walk around looking for them. And for the regional manager Kamar to be there and basically throw his hands up and say it’s not their responsibility is baffling. Do yourself and your pockets a HUGE favor and go anywhere else.

  Caleb (manager) and team did a great job at finding 3 small nails in one tire in a quickly and timely manner. They offered up a vast selection of tires and were intentional at finding the same tire that matched the others to ensure a solid smooth continuous ride. Could have just sold any tire, but I appreciate the professional hospitality.

  I had a nail in my tire and went in for them to plug the one tire. I waited well over an hour, and they ended up taking three of my tires off for no reason. I ended up leaving and two of the center caps that say Ford fell out of my tires. Now I have to pay the expense of ordering those and having them put back on since they didn’t properly do their job. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  After picking up an unfortunate screw in my tire in the middle of a roadtrip, this store was an absolute life saver at getting me in quickly and patching the tire to ensure I could resume my journey! Great customer service and quick work!

  Made a appointment to get oil change at 10am. I was told it'd take an hour max. It's been 1hour and thirty minutes. Job hasn't even started. Very frustrating. And people work here are not very friendly nor kind. Just spoke to whatever guy who works here. He was lecturing they have customers before me and I should wait and that's how things works. What is the point of making appointment?
