No problem But what I do have a problem with is Instead of owning up to it, He swapped it for a cover on the other side of the vehicle. Completely unacceptable and incredibly dishonest. Now I can not trust this shop to work on my vehicle EVER AGAIN.

I called on a Sunday morning when they first opened and explained I had a nail in a tire and needed it patched. No biggie. The guy on the phone said if I came at 1 it would be no problem. Well I went at 1:05 and guy was a jerk. This is a pretty new business and the inside was very nasty! The guy at the counter was more worried about pulling tires for orders that should’ve ALREADY been done! He was a smart butt and asked another guy how long it would be. He named off three minor jobs and said it would be 4 hours. This would make it closing time and obviously not get done! I will NOT EVER go back to another Mavis. Brand new one in Jefferson, won’t ever go! I went to Bulldawg Tire on 129 at I85. They immediately tended to my needs and I was done in 10 minutes. Extremely reasonable price! Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money with this terrible business!
- ACAaron CashNov 6, 20255.0This is by far the absolute BEST place I have ever had my car worked of at the staff was the best most helpful people that I have ever had the pleasure of working with if there was one thing I could change about it I would have liked to have some sort of entertainment in the waiting area like a TV or something other that than no complaints from me or anyone while I was there will be back for sure if you haven’t been yet you should give them a shot the best of the best at mavis in Hoschton GA can not say it enough the BEST place to get your ride worked on
