  I hate to say it but this place has gone downhill really fast. You used to be able to not only get a car wash done but and emissions as well. They got rid of the emissions. Then they started to cheap out on the car wash to the point where they do the least amount of cleaning out of all the car washes in Hiram. Sincera located closest to where I live, I decided to give them one more chance. The car wash didn't take care of all the dirt on my vehicle. Unfortunately I had to get back home and the next day I stopped by see if I can get the remainder off braid. They wanted me to pay another $10 even though I had a record of the receipt from the prior day. It's sad but they had a great opportunity to make a long-term customer several times. I spend hundreds of dollars here, but they don't really care apparently so I'm going to skip this place going forward.

  I just got back in town last night from an 1800 mile round trip to KS. Mike & Amber noticed the extra bug and gravel road grime and gave my truck a little extra prep before running me thru the wash. This was very appreciated! I’m glad I chose Mister CarWash for my monthly membership.

  I went through for the first time today, friendly staff overseeing all the machines and got a good wash. The vacuum cleaner has a nice strong suction as well.

  This location is better than the one on Charles Hardy Pkwy by Walmart. The vacuums have a crevice attachment on them instead of the old regular ones. The air tool has more pressure it seems as well. The employee, I don't know their title, guessing something along the lines of Wash Bay Attendant? uses the broom brush. The ones at the Charles Hardy Pkwy location have never used the one they have on my car or any other car that I have watched go thru the wash bay. This applies to all touchless car wash businesses.... It would be nice if there was a water line ran to the vacuum areas so customers could get the areas the car wash misses like door jams and trunk area. It could be ran out like the air hoses, keep the air hoses black then use blue air hoses for the water. It wouldn't have to be at every vacuum just in between parking spots. Just an idea for a better customer experience. Little things like that matter and would draw more people to those that have the option. Convience sells

  It's a machine wash. The attendants rarely engage with the customer but the attendant at the entrance is there to complete some preliminary scrub on the front and rear bumper. When the attendant fails to engage, the wash is incomplete.
