We picked up the car very close to closing time on a weekend and they were friendly and professional and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We did not feel rushed at all. These two definitely put their customers first. We will definitely do business with Mavis Tire again!

- CRCharles RoweFeb 12, 20261.0Worst experience for a tire rotation ever. After rotating my tires they cut my valve stem by putting thw hubcap on wrong. After taking it back to get corrected a bubble popped up in my tire (manager states that valve stems dont cause a bubble, but when you do it improperly and pinch the inner lining and cause the air to go between the lining and thw ply boom bubble) denied fault. So I bought a new tire anyway. After telling me it was do e my wife made it 5 miles and had a flat causing damage to my rim. After taking it back yet again their customer service is so terrible they told me they would not cover there work if it came off again. If you expect to have your tire done right and not be lied to do not come here. Clearly in the photo below there is no impact damage done to this tire, the manager said i hit a pot hole. When they got the 2nd new tire on the rim I wouldnt even let them put it on i took the tire to somewhere more competent.
