Their customer service was top-notch, friendly, and genuinely helpful during a stressful time of year. I can’t thank them enough and will definitely use this location again. Highly recommend!

The second time I called I was immediately put on hold. After 18 minutes on hold, a male answered, I said I was returning a call, hung up on again. I called a third time, it rang a couple times, then placed on hold. Not sure why it’s this hard to return a call.

This store seems to be very high volume and they do a great job keeping everything moving while also acknowledging everyone as they walk in the door. Their multitasking skills are top notch!! I worked with Tyler & Michelle both throughout my rental car process and they both made everything go smoothly - from phone calls ahead of time to the process itself… they were very attentive, organized, and caring. (They did not ask me to leave a Google review, but I know how much these matter and was beyond impressed so I had to share! I hope that corporate sees this because they would both make great managers and should be promoted!)
