  I am not happy. The customers service was good but I was given a car that was not clean and is smell like marijuana in this car. I want to return this but they are closed.

  Customer service was a priority and the gentleman that assisted with us walked out of there with 2 very happy customers (me & another customer). I will be back to the Hiram location soon

  Our personal minivan was giving us problems and I needed a reliable minivan to save our family vacation trip we had planned months earlier. This enterprise location is busy but very professional and efficient. Tyler and Chad helped me and answered all my questions and were awesome people to work with! They contacted me the day before and offered for me to pickup early and that was very helpful for us, I was able to return the car after hours, also very helpful. The van was really nice and clean and drove and handled well. I was highly pleased with my overall experience using enterprise and will definitely use this place again for my car rental needs.

  This enterprise is garbage. They have the demeanor of nice but they over promise and under deliver. I was scheduled to pick up a vehicle. Tyler was nice but noticeably inexperienced and had to get direction from a coworker. He walked me to what he was going to loan out to me, the equivalent of my vehicle as preferred. That same coworker comes out and says they cant loan me that vehicle but instead showed me to a Nissan sentra which reeked of weed and other smoke odors. The coworker who's name I'll find out when I return the vehicle said that he would put me in a vehicle that I preferred the next day and to call them in the morning. I called at 1030 am and they said they had no vehicles and to call back at 4 pm. I called them several times and got the answering service each time and stayed on hold until the system said "call cannot be transferred." I called back several more times after that and instead of getting the answering service this time, I got an instant "your call cannot be handled at this time." I then tried calling from a different number a few more times and it was now going through to the answering service again these times and I remained on the line until I once again got "your call cannot be transferred. " I called back twice more from the second number and received the instant "your call cannot be handled at this time." This location is over staffed and for no reason because they have no vehicles, don't answer the phone, and have me believing they are going to actually assist with the customer service they claim to have. I will NEVER rent a car from this dinky location. If you want to rent Enterprise go to Kennesaw. Those employees are thorough, cordial, and expeditious. The Jimmy Lee location reaks of mediocrity... from the location itself, to the lack of promised vehicles, to the employee behavior. Thats my piece.
