I asked his name for reference purposes, and was told "My name is Ray, and the BUCK stops here!" Very disappointed with the customer service experience,with this new manager Ray! Over the past few years, my experiences were positve with the previous manager. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere. Autozone does not uphold their return policy or the warranty policy on their car batteries!

Waited 20 minutes in the parking lot after asking for help from inside the store. Ended up driving elsewhere. I’m sure this place is fine if you don’t need any of the services they offer. UPDATE: went back to autozone to find out if my year old battery is under warranty. Gentleman behind the counter had quite the attitude for no reason. The tone, the way he treated me like an inconvenience? Yikes. So sorry you have to do your job on a Sunday. Customer service isn’t what it should be at this location. Maybe all the good reviews are all old boys buddies. Not helpful, shotty service, didn’t want to help us at all.
