I left my lights on and drained my battery. A grey shirt worker is testing the battery and goes and tell me its no good. I took the battery to advance auto they charge it up. The battery is fine.

I had purchased a car battery from O’Reilly Auto Parts, but by mistake I went into AutoZone instead. By the time I realized the error, I had already turned off my car and the battery died again, leaving me stuck. I explained the situation to Jeff Brown, and his kindness and professionalism truly stood out. I initially asked if he could help by charging the battery just so I could make it to the store where I purchased the new battery. Jeff went above and beyond, he told me he didn’t want me to have to drive all the way back to O’Reilly and instead took the time to remove my old battery and install the new one for me. His willingness to help, positive attitude, and genuine concern turned a stressful situation into a great experience. This level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. Because of him, I will absolutely recommend AutoZone Auto Parts to others and return in the future. Thank you, Jeff, for your outstanding service.
