    This place sucks. They don’t know nothing about mechanic work they will hire anybody. I bought a battery from walmarta week ago. I left my lights on and drained my battery. A grey shirt worker is testing the battery and goes and tell me its no good. I took the battery to advance auto they charge it up. The battery is fine.

    I had an absolutely excellent experience at AutoZone Auto Parts, and I can’t say enough good things about the customer service I received. I had purchased a car battery from O’Reilly Auto Parts, but by mistake I went into AutoZone instead. By the time I realized the error, I had already turned off my car and the battery died again, leaving me stuck. I explained the situation to Jeff Brown, and his kindness and professionalism truly stood out. I initially asked if he could help by charging the battery just so I could make it to the store where I purchased the new battery. Jeff went above and beyond, he told me he didn’t want me to have to drive all the way back to O’Reilly and instead took the time to remove my old battery and install the new one for me. His willingness to help, positive attitude, and genuine concern turned a stressful situation into a great experience. This level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. Because of him, I will absolutely recommend AutoZone Auto Parts to others and return in the future. Thank you, Jeff, for your outstanding service.

    3rd post: I finally received a call back from the regional manager. I was sent to a different location and was able to receive a refund. The service, I received from HERLEY(the manager) at the Richard Sailor location, in Powder Springs, was a very pleasant experience, in comparison to my interaction at the Hiram location. I hope that the previous manager, JASON, has moved on to bigger and better, he definitely deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service. 2nd post still no response from Customer service dept, my email has been forwarded to the Regional manager, and was told I would receive a call, but still have not received a call. Unfortunate to think they do not honor or warranty their batteries, although all of my information regarding my purchase is stored in their computer system. RECAP.....Visited the Jimmy Lee Smith location, and had to deal with a irrate manager, Ray, regarding a return, unfortunately my issue was not resolved. I asked his name for reference purposes, and was told "My name is Ray, and the BUCK stops here!" Very disappointed with the customer service experience,with this new manager Ray! Over the past few years, my experiences were positve with the previous manager. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere. Autozone does not uphold their return policy or the warranty policy on their car batteries!
