- WBWoody BabyApr 3, 20261.0I bought tires from this place and paid for a warranty. I catch a flat out of state and go to the local Express for service. Initially I was told that they could not honor warranty because 1 store was corporate and the latter a franchise. The 2 managers got on the phone and ran a good Ole boy scheme on me. I asked for a copy of the warranty and they said there was no proof of service on my vehicle or that I ever bought tires from them. Luckily, I took a screenshot on their computer in Ohio showing all services and dates at the Hinesville location. I asked for a copy of the warranty and they couldn't produce it because Hinesville(store 3084) couldn't verify that I ever bought tires there. Then they tell me I have no proof of rotation or alignment since I bought tires; how would they know? The individuals at the Ohio store proceed to give me warranty info for Goodyear but couldn't provide the info for the warranty I paid for. Don't trust these folks and don't have services performed here. The management is a sham and they don't honor their products nor services. The damaged tires had less than 50K miles and were warranted up to 65k; acquired on 11/20/2024.

The questions that I had he answered openly and honest. He showed me the oil being pumped out which was great for me to see visually. If I were to come back I would request Aamon, he exhibited great customer service.
