    If I could give zero stars, I would. I should’ve heeded the other reviews. If you can avoid them, do it! I reserved a car days in advance. I got a text to confirm the booking and I did that also. My appointment was at 8:00 am. I get there, and there is no car available. This location is giving Enterprise Rental a bad name. Never again. Stop playing with customer’s time! Time is life. Do better!

    Enterprise allows you to make reservations even if they do not have the vehicles available … today I called to confirm inventory and the person that answered the phone hung up on me.

    This place is a joke and staff is rude. I had planned to go out of town after reserving a rental at this place arriving an hour early I was told that they didn’t have the rental that I was booked for. Very disappointed. They didn’t even have the decency to give a call to let me know that services counting be provided.

    Called me one hour before my reservation on Thursday to tell me they can’t get me a car till Monday. Currently on hold for 45 minutes while standing in the office

    Wish I could this place a ZERO review. I rented a car for a Work Function, I needed to transport 7 People. The day before I received a call stating" My rental I had booked 12 days prior was not available". When I asked how this can happen her reply was "it's not on us, its corporate". If this is how they run a business they need to close up shop. so here I am the day before stranded without a way to transport people. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, LACK OF CARE and POOR LEADERSHIP.. Do what ever you have to do to NOT to depend on this company, they WILL leave you stranded.
