  I came in this store on Sunday morning and other people were being helped ahead of me. What I witnessed was enough to make me leave and not to come back. A female employee with dark hair and nose ring openly belittled a coworker in front of customers. She came over and interrupted the other employee while she was talking to a customer and she was really aggressive. She said to the other female's client “Sorry she does this. She’s not doing her job,” referring to a younger employee with dark blonde hair in a ponytail. I was disgusted by that. The customer hadn’t said anything like a complaint about the other female and from what I could hear, the blonde employee was helping just fine. There was nothing happening that justified that dark haired employees attitude or what she said. I noticed the other employee stayed calm and honestly handled it better than I would have if a coworker had done that to me. Watching one employee tear down another in front of paying customers was extremely uncomfortable and reflects very bad on the business. I ended up leaving and taking my business elsewhere. I won’t be returning. That kind of behavior should not be allowed.

  They did ana amazing job finding outbwhatbwas wrong with my car the only thing I can say is my car wasn't left clean. I am still trying to get the oil out of my cream leather seats. As a suggestion I would offer the mechanics gloves to place on when getting in cars and towls or something to cover the seats and floors while they are driving it. At least do a inside check and clean it up for the customers. In the photos you will see my passenger seat which is what it looked like when I went in, and now my driver seat. If I didnt have to rush to take it to another car place for another issue I would have went back and had it corrected.

  Came in last minute for a brake job before a long drive on the weekend. Was seen by Henrietta. She was helpful and very welcoming and explained everything clearly. My tech Julian was did a great job with the little time I gave him. Kudos to both for a job well done. I'll be recommending this place to others in the future.

  Stay away from this place. I went in for a simple wheel alignment and somehow ended up paying for a steering component I never planned or expected to replace. The experience alone was frustrating, but what I witnessed while I was there was even worse. Another customer came in furious because he had only gone there for an oil change. They allegedly failed to tighten the oil drain plug, his vehicle lost all its oil, and he unknowingly drove it for days without oil. He ultimately had to tow the vehicle away, and it appears the engine was severely damaged as a result. Between my experience and what happened to another customer, this place shows a serious lack of care and professionalism. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else if you value your time, money, and car

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Mavis Tire and I have to give a huge shoutout to Henrietta, Michael, and Rafael for their outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and taken care of. Henrietta was incredibly friendly and kept everything organized and running smoothly, Michael took the time to clearly explain what my car needed without any pressure, and Rafael worked efficiently to get me back on the road faster than I expected. It’s hard to find a team that’s this professional, honest, and genuinely caring about their customers. My car is driving perfectly and I left with total peace of mind. This location truly sets the standard for great service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Mavis to everyone I know!
