- ZTZaK TNov 17, 20255.0Micki went above and beyond to make the experience less of a hassle and what it was there was a lot of other things that affected the process that I would not blame her directly for, and she did her best to try to mitigate as much of it as possible she even did a courtesy fill with some of the leftover paint in some scrapes up further on my truck. I haven’t had the best experiences with anybody else in there and had had a lot of negative experiences with a lot of the other staff member members. She was on top of it and gave me a weekly updates and even fixed the estimate that one of the other team members completed that was not accurately submitted. Without the service Micki gave my review would be 2 stars
