- ZTZaK TNov 17, 20255.0Micki went above and beyond to make the experience less of a hassle and what it was there was a lot of other things that affected the process that I would not blame her directly for, and she did her best to try to mitigate as much of it as possible she even did a courtesy fill with some of the leftover paint in some scrapes up further on my truck. I haven’t had the best experiences with anybody else in there and had had a lot of negative experiences with a lot of the other staff member members. She was on top of it and gave me a weekly updates and even fixed the estimate that one of the other team members completed that was not accurately submitted. Without the service Micki gave my review would be 2 stars

With my spouse deployed, handling car repairs could have been a hassle—but Matthew (Estimator) and Taylor (Receptionist) made the entire process seamless. They were professional, communicative, and kept me informed every step of the way. The other driver who hit me had USAA insurance who coordinated the entire process with Gerber (including the rental).
