I was pregnant and I had to ask for another vehicle because I couldn’t handle the smoke smell even when I rolled down the windows. The 2nd car they exchanged me for also smelt like smoke! I did not want to be that difficult customer that kept asking for another car so my pregnant self just had to deal with it TERRIBLE. Their building is also NOT wheelchair accessible. An elderly lady was walking with a walker with wheels and the employee had to carry it DOWN the stairs for her. They need to add a ramp to the building!

I get a call less than 24 hrs prior to me picking up my rental that the vehicles have a recall and they are not able to provide another comparable vehicle I needed but that he (Peter Lindo) would call me within 10 minutes to see if there is anything he can do. I wait 45 minutes, no call back, I call them back and placed on hold for close to 10 minutes to be told that he sent me an email telling me the same thing he did before about a recall, really? And y'all don't know about recalls being a vehicle rental company? Its worth the drive to another location and other rental company at that, Got the same vehicle in Savannah AND for less!!!
