  Booked a car days in advance, they called 12pm the day before our pickup (less than 24hr in advance) and canceled our reservation, didn't see the call and missed it, no text, no email. They left a voice message and canceled due to "availability issues" DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THE HINESVILLE ENTERPRISE THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN

  I am giving this location four stars because my car had an unusual smell when I picked it up. Other than that, the experience was very positive. The staff was friendly, and Jay (I believe that was his name) was amazing. He took the time to walk me through the entire process and made everything easy. I truly appreciated his help. I will definitely recommend this location to a friend or two 🤗…

  I am giving this location three stars due to my experience with some of the female staff members. Unfortunately, I found them to be unprofessional and discourteous. During one of my calls, the representative placed the phone down on the table while I was still speaking and then disconnected the call. This was very disappointing and not the level of customer service I expected. I believe additional customer service training would be beneficial. On a positive note, I would like to recognize one of the male representatives. I do not recall his name, but he was professional, polite, and extremely helpful. He assisted me with my situation and even offered a solution so I would not have to pay extra for the vehicle I currently have. His professionalism and respectful communication truly stood out. Thank you to him for providing excellent service. I hope the rest of the team can follow his example. 😳

  By far worst enterprise I ever been to need to change the staff ASAP or I can see them having to close down as soon as another rental company opens in the area workers are very unprofessional don’t help with any reservations and lie to you I have a full video of works being disrespectful and very rude to people there all workers need to be let go ASAP and Company owner needs to review cameras

  Made a reservation online. The morning of pick up, I received a text saying the location is overbooked and there are no vehicles available. They told me they would put me on waitlist. I had a trip on the agenda for the day. The representative said the system doesn’t know how many vehicles are available for the day. To me, that is a failure on the company. Furthermore, they should work with other locations to see if they can bring another vehicle from a different location or help me with reserving it and I will pick it up. Last option that I have seen done is I go to another company and pick up a vehicle but Enterprise pays for it with the same money I paid them. This allows you retaining your customers and building trust that the system works. The only thing that occurred was I received a sorry and I am left to figure out the transportation for my trip.
