  Awesome experience, was heading back home from visiting my friends on a Sunday had a flat tire and stop at Mavis to get a price on a new set of tires. Got a quote and they installed new tires and I was on my way home with a renewed confidence. Great staff, hard working and great customer service

  I had a really great experience getting my tires done and an oil change here. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure my car was in great shape before I left. The service was fast but still thorough, which I really appreciated. My car feels so much smoother now, and I have peace of mind knowing everything was taken care of properly. The pricing was fair, and the overall customer service really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and honest service.

  Went to Mavis Tires needing 2 New Tires. Upon pulling up I was met by Troy the Store Manager, with the most pleasant greeting and he instantly recognized that I in fact needed a full set of tires. He pulled my vehicle in and inspected my vehicle thoroughly and gave me a great deal on brakes & rotors. He informed me of several coupons as a way to save money. I mean who does that nowadays. He actually cares about saving his customers money. Definitely a Mavis customer for life. Outstanding job Troy.

  If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This location and its staff all the way up to the regional manager are completely unprofessional and careless. I initially came in to have my tires installed, but while I was there I also decided to get an oil change and have windshield wipers installed. That I purchased there. During my visit I overheard an employee repeatedly warning the mechanic about running out of time before hitting 40 hours for the week. It was clear they were rushing the job. A day and a half later I discovered they never put my oil cap back on. It was just sitting near the windshield under the hood. I contacted the store and was told to come back. When I did an employee named Pete was extremely disrespectful cursing at me and making inappropriate comments about women. He left the parking lot immediately after my fiancé called to report the situation. The manager’s solution was another oil change and a 50 percent discount offer on struts which was completely irrelevant to the issue. Now a month later my vehicle has developed a serious engine knock that it never had before. My car was in good condition prior to coming here. I have contacted customer service multiple times with no resolution. I spoke with the regional manager in Hephzibah, Cody, who was rude used foul language refused to take responsibility and closed my claim without even inspecting the damage despite their staff already admitting fault. Customer service told me there was no one above the regional manager I could speak to while another location said I could escalate it further even to a vice president. The lack of consistency and accountability is unbelievable. At this point I have filed a complaint with the BBB and my next step is legal action. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this location unless you want to risk damage to your vehicle and deal with completely unprofessional staff. Update: I followed the instructions in your comment and called to resolve the issue—only to be given the same runaround and redirected back to Cody, who again stated that the claim has been denied. Let me be clear: I did not post a false response saying this would be resolved. This kind of back-and-forth with no accountability is exactly why your company keeps facing legal issues. Do better. See you in court. As I have every right to per Cody.

  I had a great experience thanks to the manager Troy. He is as very professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled correctly. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service, but it definitely shows here. Troy most definitely made the whole process stress free, he also made sure he explained everything clearly. You can tell he truly cares about his customers, and that means a lot. I really appreciate the excellent service! I will be coming back and also referring this place to others.
