  I only wanted oil change but staff told me I needed to change serpentine belt and they showed me how bad it was which I didn’t know, it got fixed ya’ll did a good job, thank you all jiffy Lube staff on Tobacco Road, ya’ll are amazing

  I got a oil change on my 2022 GMC terrain, employees doing my oil change don't put the oil stick down ,so I had oil all over my engine , I lost most of the oil in the engine.if don't check today ,I would of had to replace my engine.This location use to be a place to go to get a oil change with no problems.I hope management make sure nothing like this never happened again. I will not go to location again 😡 because I almost had to get another engine , because of the employees that did my oil change.

  Robert was phenomenal. My car decided to throw all its water into the intersection. I managed to pull in and pop the hood and he pointed out where the hose busted. Had it towed to shop and repaired and came back for my oil change an he took a video of it pouring water out underneath plus the reservoir empty also. I went back and had mechanic go back over and repair and fill and then back to JiffyLube. He confirmed it was no longer leaking and got me in an out and on the road 4 hours to see my grandkids !! I never would have made it if he had not gone above and beyond along with two others there that were helping him!! Great job.

  On first visit the tech did not wipe excess old oil off bottom of my truck. Noticed next morning oil stain on my brand new driveway. Went back in next day to get rear differential fluid changed and noted to mgr. She gave me a can of spray to remove stain. Took several times to get rid of stain. Recommend you have them dbl check they have wiped down all areas.

  I would not advise anyone to get work done at this location, or any other location in Augusta, Ga or CSRA. My elderly mother went there around Thanksgiving of last year, for a tune up.. she was overcharged and her vehicle wasn’t driving correctly afterwards. Come to find out the technician stripped one of the terminals on the spark plugs housing and wrapped it with taped and put it on anyway. We had to take her vehicle back 3 times and they still didn’t get the vehicle to drive normally.. so we finally took it somewhere else and they removed the janky stuff Jiffy Lube put on and replaced it with quality material. We went back to Jiffy lube and brought them their cheaper material and Dale (store manager) said he would refund my mom money, well he gave her less than a fourth of what she paid for, for a service they never did correctly. Ultimately, my mom had to pay twice for a tune up that was not done correctly at this location. After reaching out to him, telling him this is not what he promised her, and what she agreed to, he stopped answering her calls. So I called the main location on Washington Rd and left at least 5 messages for Joey (ceo, president for regional area) to return my call, to settle what is owed to her. And he also never returned my calls. We will be taking further action on this situation because I view this as elderly exploitation, and they took advantage of a person on a fixed income. I would not advise my enemy to even bring their vehicles here. I never write reviews, but I can’t let anyone else be taken advantage of, and they use cheap material … BE WARNED!!! STAY AWAY
