- SLsheldon lanier1 day ago1.0The lady was very rude I told her what my manual for my car says for the right amount of oil and she stated that’s she had been doing this for 15 years and that Kia and my personal mechanic was wrong after realizing she was wrong she made the other guy put another quart but it is still reading low very unprofessional to bring up experience instead of listening to the owner it’s okay to be experienced in something but you learn something new everyday! The white guy also damaged my raidatior fan and said it was damaged before service lucky Kia has a recall and is going to replace it but this place is horrible
