It's people like her that make people go elsewhere or order online (which is cheaper).

When we got to AutoZone, the young man that came out to help us named Zachary, looked at the battery and was like the terminal is not making contact because it wasn’t installed on there, right. He came out, cleaned the terminals well and took care of the problem. He was very helpful.

I was driving my car and all of a sudden the doors would not lock and one of my windows was down but would not go back up. I was frantic because I didn't know what was going on I stopped to the AutoZone on Tobacco Road and was greeted by this handsome young man by the name of Anthony. He came out and tested my battery and found out that I had a faulty battery. I want to send a shout out to him for the excellent customer service that he provided and he's only 16 years of age. The manager on duty when above and beyond to assist me and purchasing the right battery for my Infiniti QX60. I was blessed to come in the store tonight and encounter an excellent team. If you ever need any assistance and you're in this area make sure you stop in and ask for Anthony!
