When he saw the condition of the tire on my car, he absolutely would not let me leave with it because it was a serious safety issue. While the tires I needed were being ordered, he went above and beyond by putting one of their own tires on my car free of charge just to make sure I was safe on the road. Michael’s professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer service deserve all the recognition. I will definitely recommend Mavis Tire in Hartwell, they’ve earned a lifelong customer!

I had a flat tire situation I couldn’t figure out, almost even a mystery tire so to say. These gentleman were so helpful and helped educate me as to what was going on as they were working on my tire. Thank you Mavis tire for your time and help!! 10/10 recommend. These men are so nice and helpful!
