Fixed the leak, said no a tire rotation was not needed, and that tires and brakes all looked good. They then went above and beyond and replaced a burned out bulb in our turn signal! We have also taken another car in for service!

They came out and got it out of the trunk and said they would take care of it and that it would only be a few minutes. I sat down in the waiting room for about three minutes and he was bringing the tire out and said it was done. He went back out and put in my trunk. They didn't even charge me. A guy named Jacey did the work.

They truly cared about us. ! They did even better than the people we typically use during the weekday. The price was so shockingly cheap as well. We will definitely come back to them for any future work... typical or emergency like today was!!!!
- BDBonnie DurandDec 20, 20254.0These guys were wonderful! They fixed the oil pan on my car that the Toccoa Mavis location messed up. We were told by a regional manager to have our car at this location at 8am, but when showing up nobody at this store knew we were coming. The regional manager messed up somewhere along the line, but even with confusion and mistakes these guys handled everything with so much courtesy. They were also honest and straight to the point which was refreshing. They even put seat/interior protection in the car when they got it, which the location in my town has never done! By no means do i recommend this company to anybody, as their higher ups seem to live by a “do whatever it takes to make money” motto, but the guys at this location deserve the recognition.
