  Melissa, was great this morning, she was fast getting through the line quickly, beautiful person and custome service was on point. I'm happy and appreciative on my customer service received today

  I just wanna give kudos when it’s deserved. I’ll ben coming down to the race trac for a year now on my break in between my trips of doing Lyft and when you come, the bathroom never has tissue the night shift. They never have tissue but when I came today, the bathroom was so clean and I seen that the manager on duty was Melissa. She really makes a difference and I just wanna appreciate her and give her her kudos. She spoke to me and told me she was the manager on duty for the night and I told her thank you for keeping the bathroom clean. she had the warmest smile 😊 ever

  Disel pumps very slow or wouldn't pump reliability and overflowed, sticky floors at cashier, self checkout down, bathroom was disgusting... And to top it off almost impossible to get a pump since ride share drivers just sit at pumps while waiting on airport gigs.

  I recently visited the RaceTrac location and was extremely disappointed. As soon as I walked in, there was a strong odor of urine throughout the store, which made the environment very unpleasant. Despite that, I completed my purchase and asked for a receipt. I was told the register was malfunctioning and receipts could not be printed—which I understand can happen. However, the real issue was the customer service. The cashier (no name tag) had a very dismissive and unprofessional attitude when I asked for my receipt. Instead of offering a simple apology or explanation, she made a slick comment and said “You want your receipt for real for real.” I said yes I would like my receipt. “ Well if you want your receipt, you’re going to have to wait because we got something going on.” There was no courtesy, no professionalism, and no regard for the customer. I would not have had an issue waiting if the situation had been handled respectfully. Between the condition of the store and the poor attitude from staff, this was not a good experience at all. I hope management addresses both the cleanliness and customer service at this location
